I’m especially interested in how technology can improve systems and client experiences. I enjoy solving operational challenges and finding ways to make our internal processes more seamless. The details might be behind the scenes, but they’re what keep everything working together.

I joined Clearpoint while in college after being recruited by the Webbs and have been learning and growing here ever since. Earning my MBA from the University of St. Thomas is one of my proudest accomplishments—it gave me the tools to approach the business side of staffing with strategy and precision.

Houston’s food culture is unbeatable, and it’s one of the many things I love about living here. Outside of work, I’m motivated by family, curiosity, and the people I get to collaborate with every day.
