Staffing is about more than technical skills; it’s about connection and timing. Every hire should feel like the right fit on paper and in person. That’s why I coach both clients and candidates through the process, from interview prep to feedback, so everyone walks away confident.

Outside of work, I’m active in my community as a church elder, camp counselor, and nonprofit board member. I love bow hunting, fishing, and bowling on the PBA tour, but at my core, I’m driven by one thing: helping people reach their potential.
