How fast can I get talent to work?
As soon as you need them. However, we pride ourselves on screening candidates and finding the best fit for your need. The one step that takes time is the drug testing and background check. As soon as they are cleared, they will be available to start onsite.
We love our contractor. Can we hire them?
Yes! Depending on contract negotiations, you can hire them directly. Your account manager will be more than happy to discuss in details the terms.

How can you guarantee a candidate will be a good fit?
We find candidates, screen them for skills and fit, check references, coordinate interviews, negotiate terms, and run a drug test and background check. We offer our clients a service guaranty for direct hires.
