SALARY: $40/hour DOE

SUMMARY:
• Manage the digital content strategy and execution across multiple social media channels, including employee advocacy, using data and insights to inform decisions, and quickly adapting campaign plans and messages to meet the needs of a fast-changing business on a highly visible team
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong ownership, and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership
• Identify areas of opportunity while anticipating and managing potential blockers to achieve goals with a comprehensive understanding of the social media development
• Enhance digital marketing processes across strategic and tactical planning, creative concept development/execution and KPI measurement phases
• Act as the digital SME “subject matter expert” for social channels within the team and stakeholders and regularly be asked to provide their point-of-view, calling on their social experience and expertise
• MUST have a proven experience driving social media strategy, ideally in a B2B setting, and possess strong digital acumen, communication skills, and a passion for social media.

DUTIES:
• Stay current with social media trends (content formats, for example) and new social channels, and identify opportunities for driving growth
• Create and drive measurable social media strategies to increase engagement and drive brand voice
• Manage and coordinate all social asset creation and distribution, leading ideation on new ways to tell stories and drive engagement on social channels
• Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data points
• Regularly contribute and present strategy, learnings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Develop and own goals and performance metrics for social channels; leveraging historical data to determine strategy and making recommendations for continuous improvement; reporting on a monthly, quarterly and as-needed basis
• Lead employee advocacy program and goals, including onboarding new team members, creating content and managing/reporting on performance of program
• Support executive branding on social media, providing recommendations on best practices and continuous improvement
• Support social listening and Influencer program to help drive brand awareness

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 - 5+ years’ experience in an enterprise social media role or agency environment, B2B experience preferred
• Strong project management skills - able to independently build, track, and execute on processes from start to finish under rapidly changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to drive campaigns from planning to execution in a highly visible setting
• Great understanding of analytics and how to interpret reports and drive improvements
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and groups of stakeholders using data and insights to help broker any challenges
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate and present to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and executives

EDUCATION:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications and or related field
