SUMMARY:
• Lead the charge of acquiring and retaining customers by developing and delivering the brand's digital presence throughout multiple business units.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing advertising expenditure, as well as report performance through measurement and analytics.
• Oversee all digital media efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid social, and other digital ad campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Direct all marketing efforts across social media including content strategy, content curation and execution, and monitor follower engagement.
DUTIES:
• Serve as the digital marketing expert providing both short-term and long-term strategy for our various brands' marketing goals and objectives, as well as important business initiatives and lines of business.
• Contribute to the creation of an annual digital marketing budget, strategy, KPIs, and roadmap.
• Manage email marketing efforts, content creation, standards and best practices, UX/UI improvements, conversion improvements, user testing and A/B testing for digital advertising platforms.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of SEM best practices', develop goals and report ROI.
• Design and implement SEM and digital advertising campaigns with coworkers to generate leads for our brands and e-commerce platform.
• Make business recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
• Contribute to the company’s culture and growth through positive collaboration with other teams, brands, and departments.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
• Manage social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
• Conduct research on the preferences of the audience and current benchmark trends.
• Keep up with the latest social media technologies, design applications, and trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience within a Marketing Agency Firm or Corporate Company is required.
• Work experience implementing digital campaigns in Google AdWords, Sprout, and CRM Salesforce/Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Strong experience in web optimization, design, content, SEO, and SEM strategies.
• Experience with social media strategy, campaign execution, and content creation (text, image, and video).
• Data-driven understands the importance of KPI measurement, tracking, and reporting.
• An in-depth understanding of E-commerce, Search, Social, Paid/Display/Native Media, Email, Affiliate, and Influencer marketing.
• Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
