• Translate UX/UI design requirement needs to support customer focused products and enhance the overall user experience
• Versed in the UX/UI areas that include creating compelling content, enhancing control features, visual design, information architecture, user research and branding
• Provide support for various projects related to online management tools used by the business unit within an agile team structure
• The primary internal customer will be the client relationship team in-charge of providing exemplary customer service resources
• The candidate will be enhancing and designing agent user interfaces that are intended to be intuitive and efficient
• The candidate will possess strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with digital product owners
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, and conduct user research
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
• Make necessary adjustments based on user and product owner feedback
• Design graphic user interface elements
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Remain current on the latest technology, interactive tools, industry trends, content management, usability and design methodologies
• Understand business goals/products/objectives and translate to usable tools that are intuitive and efficient
• Collaborate with call center agents, their managers, business analysts, and system developers to deliver projects meeting the agent needs
• Participate in strategic, creative brainstorming sessions that produce fresh ideas
• Assumes responsibility for ensuring that the design on projects fulfills the creative vision devised by project stakeholders

• 5-10 years of proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• An Online Portfolio of design projects is required
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. InVision)
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch
• Experience with SAP and/or business to consumer retail management systems
• Strong initiative in addressing and advocating for the end-user experience
• Broad understanding of how strategy translates into concept, brand, and the importance of consistency in design
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and good time management skills
• Knowledge/ability to set up metrices to measure the effectiveness of UX design/changes
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills; collaborate across departments and organizations

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
