TITLE: Treasury Clerk
CLIENT: Oil and Gas
LOCATION: Houston TX
TYPE: Contract with potential to extend past 6 months or go permanent.
SALARY or RATE: $25/hr
The Treasury Clerk will work with vendors to confirm banking instructions and input banking instructions into accounting system.
• Familiarity with electronic payment methods including Fedwire, ACH and international wires
• Familiarity with common office processes, handling general inquires and directing telephone calls
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software
• Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry, answering emails and typing various documents
• Verbal communication for addressing other employees, customers and other business contacts
• Organization and ability to multitask for filing and completing several clerical and administrative tasks at once
• Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, such as taking sufficiently detailed minutes and telephone messages
• Integrity and discretion when working with sensitive employee and customer details
