TITLE: SEM Specialist
LOCATION: Houston, TX
Ecommerce CPG brand is looking for an SEM Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing paid digital ads in an Agile environment. This person should have proven experience developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
• Responsible for execution and optimization of digital marketing ad campaigns on Google, Bing, Yahoo Facebook, etc.
• Launch and manage campaigns, keep a close eye on budgets and bidding strategies, and conduct frequent A/B testing to gather data.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Conduct deep daily analysis to determine paid search effectiveness
• Manage bids to maximize return across keywords, devices, and other levels
• MUST HAVE 8+ years of experience managing digital paid search, preferably in D2C environment
• MUST BE Google Advanced Analytics Certified
• Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics
• Facebook Blueprint Certified a plus
• Excel expertise and a strong ability to analyze data to inform decisions and recommendations
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to perform statistical analysis using A/B testing or multivariate methods
• Strong understanding of the relationship between all performance marketing funnel metrics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in paid media
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or public relations preferred, but not mandatory.
