TITLE: SAP Master Data Analyst
CLIENT: Energy Oil & Gas Company
LOCATION: Houston, Texas ( Energy Corridor)
JOB TYPE: Contract (6+ months)
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure accurate customer information is entered into SAP CRM database
Manage sensitive client credit information and act as a primary point of escalation for issues and concerns
Facilitate customer credit reports, managing reconciliation and data collection for resolution
Help key clients with credit and billing issues
Manage processing enrollment on customer accounts with-in SAP
Effectively research and resolve customer issues and/or billing errors
Employ analytical skills in correcting customer issues resulting from failed transactions in SAP
Review daily SAP exception reports and resolve system generated errors in a timely manner
Review, research, and calculate adjustments to render corrected invoices to customers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Communications is preferred; Degree is not required with relevant work history
Familiar MS Excel experience creating pivot tables, queries, v-lookups
Proficiency with MS Office and other related desktop publishing applications
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills necessary to respond to and resolve billing issues
