SAP Data Coordinator | On-site

TITLE: SAP Data Coordinator

CLIENT: Energy Company

LOCATION: Houston, Texas (Energy Corridor)

TYPE: Contract (6 month contract)

RATE: $40-43/hour DOE

SUMMARY:
• Assist with the ongoing data cleansing activities for ERP data quality control project via SAP S/4 Hana
• Coordinate and manage data migration validation process within corporate ERP Project via SAP S/4 Hana
• Ensure all required validation documentation is complete and reviewed prior to reviews by internal and external audit team
• Administer data cleansing processes and coordinate with many stakeholders, business units, and product lines

DUTIES:
• Serve as a key contact in the SAP Release Project, and 3 HVC Data Validation Processes
• Prepare validation documentation and training materials prior to cutover
• Provide validation process training for both North American and international corporate personnel
• Work with Internal Audit during the Cutover Validation Audit
• Work with validators to ensure they have proper system access
• Work with IT, Data Migration Team, and Business lines to complete data cleansing objectives
• Resolve defects assigned to Data Quality and assist in other groups with their defects


REQUIREMENTS:
• Working experience with SAP (R/3, S/4 Hanna) highly preferred
• Emphasis on detail working in SAP CRM generating reports in Excel skills
• Must have strong Excel skills working with graphs, charts and pivot tables
• Experience in project work and making target deadlines
• Proven multi-tasking skills with an ability to handle various responsibilities at once
• Ability to create an environment of inclusion and collaboration

EDUCATION:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science of related field is preferred
