TITLE: Sales Specialist | B2B Marketing

SALARY: $40,000 base, commission plan
Our client is seeking a Sales Specialist for a direct-hire position. This role will be responsible for supporting B2B sales goals through effective sales techniques, relationship building and exceptional customer service. Candidate must be acclimated to making a high number of daily outbound phone calls, and feel comfortably cold calling potential prospect clients.
• Identify and qualify new customers for potential needs analysis profile
• Prepare and draft RFI, RFQ and proposal outlines based on needs analysis
• Prospect new customers through lead generation lists, LinkedIn, follow-up, and cold calling
• Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
• Update CRM database with client confidential documents, contractual agreements, and quotations
• 3+ years’ experience in sales and B2B marketing selling multiple product lines
• Self-motivation to call many customers a day to establish and/or grow relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM system
• Must be acclimated to making a high number of daily outbound phone calls, and feel comfortably cold calling potential prospect clients.
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred
