TITLE: Sales Representative | Sales Analyst

CLIENT: Energy Oil & Gas Company

LOCATION: Houston, Texas

TYPE: Contract (6 to 12 months)

RATE: $26-28/hour DOE

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
• Update client list in CRM SalesForce software program, RFP, RFQ and confidential contracts
• Facilitate custom data appending efforts against a pre-qualified Prospect list provided by company
• Compile sales data and the approved client contact data for qualified prospects
• Ensure contact data is to contain at minimum contact’s first name, last name, contact numbers, email and physical address
• Maintain contact data will need to be recorded on the contact record related to the corresponding prospect account in Salesforce.com
• Coordinate communications data to be updated and corrected with more accurate data when and if obtained through phone calls and/or other means
• Prepare client lists and overview reports to call prospect contacts in an effort to secure appointments with Business Development team

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient with online business management tools CRM software systems and SalesForce
• Previous experience working in Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/issues simultaneously
• Ability to quickly grasp problem situations and take initiative to get the right people together to work on issues
• Experience communicating effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and direction
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and become proficient in Salesforce.com, SAP and other internal systems

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
