TITLE: Part-Time Social Media Copywriter | Instagram, FB, LI & Twitter

CLIENT: Consumer Services Company

LOCATION: Houston, Texas (Southwest Houston)

TYPE: Contract (6 month and ongoing)

PAY: $30/hour DOE

SUMMARY:
• Manage content copy-writing for multiple channels creating digital content, including video, websites, social media and e-newsletters
• Create content for social media campaigns for Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter communication campaigns
• Write compelling content and communications formatted for specific digital platforms and online marketing campaigns

DUTIES:
• Actively track, edit and publish content managing SEO optimization and improve lead generation rates
• Develop original online content for digital channels LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, and YouTube
• Promote various digital articles through social media channels, with the primary goal of boosting web traffic
• Track and report social media/website traffic analytics and create appropriate content response
• Work with marketing communications and Creative Manager to develop relevant content
• Assist Marketing Communications team with the editing of social content and trends-based articles


REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in creating content for blogs and social media platforms
• MUST online portfolio of writing samples
• Advanced proficiency with CMS software content management systems and email marketing tools
• Fluent in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and experience in the Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics
