The Change Management Lead will team with a project management unit to create training curricula, and training planning to understand, document, and continuously manage change impacts by stakeholder. The OCM team lead will facilitate a group for a designated workstream of a large-scale ERP implementation project. Additionally, the Change Lead will develop a change and engagement plan to mitigate the documented impacts to ensure stakeholders are prepared for upcoming changes. Responsibilities included are to collaborate, identify and manage stakeholders. Document change and change process. Create various forms of training materials. Identify and create relevant communications for appropriate audiences. Collaborate across workstreams to challenge where training is needed and suggest level and mode of training.

• Lead Change Management activities on a workstream of a large-scale ERP implementation project
• Work directly with Project Leads to understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization
• Work in concert with the OCM team to help mature the discipline through observation of areas in need of improvement and suggestions for maturing the processes or tools
• Assess and manage risks based on adoption of change
• Assess audience readiness for the change including identifying people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance; evaluate the results and present findings
• Develop an actionable change management plan for the change based on situational awareness of the details of the change
• Develop or manage communication and training plans that utilize various channels and are consumable by specific audiences, working in concert with the communications and training teams
• Oversee deliverables against the communication plan, crafting or coordinating clearly articulated messages that prepare and motivate users for adopting the change
• Oversee development of training materials or coordinate with training resources to help ensure users have the knowledge and ability necessary to successfully adopt the implemented changes
• Identify resistance and/or performance gaps, and work to develop and implement responsive actions
• Create and enable reinforcement plans and celebrations of success
• Share lessons learned and best practices with project team, OCM team, business owners, and sponsors
• Other responsibilities as needed

• 5 to10 years Prior large project change and communications management
• SharePoint development experience
• 3-5 years Training planning, materials creation, and delivery
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to interact with leadership and staff at all levels
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience on a large scale, highly complex, transformational change program
• Formal training in Change Management methodology
• Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience in working with large teams and collaborating with others to develop and finalize change and communication deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
