TITLE: Marketing Coordinator | Agency Experience

CLIENT: Energy Company

LOCATION: Houston, Texas (Hybrid 2 days in office weekly)

TYPE: Contract (6 to 12 months)

RATE: $35-36/hour DOE

SUMMARY:
• Work with the Brand Marketing Team providing project management of creative elements and digital marketing campaign support
• Facilitate the development of brand and mass campaign assets, supporting the Brand Manager by executing timelines and coordinating with an external agency
• Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams including graphic designers, copywriters to enhance creative content, marketing channels for B2C and B2B product launch campaigns
• Coordinated creative elements with external agencies, and marketing firms to ensure campaign and corporate brand alignment

DUTIES:

• Assist with project management of creative development and production of digital marketing assets working Marketing Firms and Creative Agencies
• Coordinate weekly “Status Reports” timelines and schedules for brand deliverables and campaign assets
• Provide implementation support of the department’s promotional calendar (tracking marketing plans/campaigns)
• Prepare “Budget Outlines” for creative briefs and project management support for budget management and expense tracking
• Collaborate on fulfillment of internal brand requests and initiatives
• Help monitor creative output for alignment across assets, while meeting set requirements and objectives
• Must think about consumer engagement and overall customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of Agency experience working in a Marketing Creative Firm and/or Media experience is a big plus
• experience in marketing, advertising, account planning, brand management or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills, with task and deadline orientation
• Excellent relationship-building & interpersonal skills; collaborate across departments and organizations
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
• Ability to coordinate with diverse work groups
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
• Ability to multitask and work successfully in a matrix organization with competing priorities

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or related field
