Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for
creating and project managing the company’s marketing initiatives to prospects/clients, internal team, social media and trade shows. In addition to the primary responsibilities, may assist with training and/or support of accounts, general admin duties with the potential to attend tradeshows.
• Manage social media channels
• Manage target mailers/mailing lists, e-blasts, promotions
• Manage top 10 show list: mailers, e-blast, promotions
• Manage the development of sales tools according to the priority list
• Manage internal sales contest, meetings, and events
• Manage webinars and seminars
• Manage sales meetings: schedules and agendas
• Ensure project quality standards are met and timely project completion
• Create and review prospective proposals and estimates for projects
• Lead production meetings to verify expectations, schedules, and goals
• Review work orders addressing questions (lead times, use of materials, etc.)
• Work closely with the Marketing Department
• Keeps all pipeline, estimates, due dates, and billing information currently to apprise internal teams of final status. Troubleshoots production and timing issues
• Collect data, artwork, copy or other materials needed to begin a project
• Routes projects/proofs and ensures proper approvals
• Improve and maintain productivity by setting and enforcing deadlines. Constant follow-up and follow through are essential with all involved parties on a daily if not hourly basis to ensure we are on track to meet deadlines
• Responsible for the coordination and organization of critical projects
• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration, and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analysis
• Prepares mailers and brochures by gathering content and graphics; arranging printing and Internet packages
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Work with outside vendor for quotes on various materials, printing and other items that may be sourced outside
• Upload latest product and service information and communication materials
• Interact with other marketing communication groups for approval of print and digital materials
• 1-2 years of previous marketing experience
• Must be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong organizational skills to maintain multiple tasks and provide the status of each daily
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills and great attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communications via email, phone or in person) and organizational skills
• Creative thinker, resourceful, team player, detail-oriented, able to think through all possible aspects of a situation and see it from all sides. Tenacity is a plus!
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
