TITLE: Level III Client Support with SCCM
CLIENT:Global Shipping Client
LOCATION: River Oaks/Memorial Park
SUMMARY: Level III Client Technical Support role with geographically distributed team. Self- Starter and Excellent Problem Solving Skills. Candidate must have SCCM experience, as well.
-Standard Level 3 technical support for users spread across several states/regions.
- SCCM Skills needed including Image Creation and maintenance/support
-Must be self started who can own tasks from creation to completion
-Ability to mentor others on the team. (As a Level 3 support professional, other more junior support technicians will look to this person as a leader on the team.)
-Day to Day Activities include resolving Remedy Tickets (password re-sets all the way to advanced trouble shooting of complex technical issues).
-SCCM software package creation, deployment, maintenance and Software Update Management.
