Our client is looking for a Junior Level 1 HelpDesk Analyst for their team.
- 0 – 1 year HelpDesk Experience
- Creating PO’s for computer equipment, software, renewals, etc. (Epicor)
- Working with Vendors regarding orders, invoicing issues, tracking renewals
- Managing cell phones, orders, provisioning
- Answering calls to help desk, managing and assigning tickets, to correct teams
- Setting up Cisco desk phones, assisting users with desktop support issues
- Communicating repetitive problems, or escalation when severe outages occur
- Client environment Microsoft Office 365, Cisco phones, Microsoft Intune mobile device
