TITLE: Internal Control

LOCATION: Central (Hybrid)

TYPE: Open ended long term Contract

RATE: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

SUMMARY:
The Internal Control will assist in the coordination of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance programs, Ensure adequate internal control by participation in change management, and ensure segregation of duty (SOD) compliance which is critical to the internal controls. MUST have a strong working knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft, Access, Excel, Powerpoint and Word. This role requires someone with accounting and systems control experience.

DUTIES:
- Lead Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts (testing, documentation, interaction with auditors, etc.)
- Conduct business risk identification, rating, mitigation planning, and action tracking.
- Advise various business departments on critical issues to be addressed.
- Assist in the applications of Company rules for individual delegation of authorities.
- Manage and complete projects as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years of Accounting or related Business and IT experience
- Sarbanes-Oxley, process analysis, and audit experience
- Detailed oriented and solid communication skills (spoken and written)
A plus:
- SAP Knowledge
- Hybrid work schedule 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home

EDUCATION:
- Degree in Accounting / other related discipline
