SUMMARY:
• Designs and develops (LMS) learning programs and training experiences aligned to internal communications supporting employee development of capabilities and knowledge enhancing associates needs to grow within their careers
• Works with business partners to understand business unit strategy and developing learning plan needed to achieve goals and objectives
• Executes and operationalizes (LMS) learning programs with limited oversight
• Provides direction to less experienced team members

DUTIES:
• Creates innovative course designs to improve performance and engage the modern learner
• Develops and reviews learning tools that support the learning plan
• Designs and utilizes (LMS) Learning & Development templates, forms and work processes
• Produces hard copy and electronic tools using variety of computer software applications, and audio/visual equipment to support formal (instructor led, computer-based) and informal (user guides, discussion groups) learning; reviews tools developed by less experienced team members
• Creates and edits audio, video and graphic image files using Audacity, SnagIt, Photoshop, Video Encoder, and other applicable computer software programs, as well as audio/visual equipment
• Applies proficient knowledge of instructional systems design (ADDIE model, Bloom's taxonomy, adult learning theory) to develop learning tools and implement learning initiatives
• Delivers classroom based and virtual instructor-led informal and formal learning solutions
• Works with internal communications, marketing and business unit stakeholders to align on communication plan and delivery
• Maintains training room equipment including classroom materials, virtual accounts, recording equipment, etc.
• Leads moderately complex projects; applies project management principles including development of detailed project plans, effective prioritization and time management, managing against milestones and stakeholder engagement
• Establishes relationships with subject matter experts during the design, development and implementation of training programs
• Works with subject matter experts throughout the organization to gather training content, review learning tools and revise to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Facilitates virtual instructor-led learning events
• Administers the Learning Management System (LMS) including adding training content, periodic assessments, reporting, recommendations, customizations, modifications and documentation as needed
• Collects and synthesizes learner performance data to develop content for learning tools; conducts post-deployment analysis and revises tools if needed
• Encourages knowledge-sharing and collaboration across multiple business units
• Ensures L&D standards are maintained
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of related work experience in LMS Learning Management Systems
• Advanced proficiency managing Articulate 360/Storyline program applications
• Experience developing learning tools in MS Office, Articulate, Captivate, and SharePoint

EDUCATION:
• Bachelors Degree in Communications or related field
