SUMMARY:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies via generating quality leads, raise brand awareness and deliver customer engagement
• Maintain thorough understanding of all online channels, online advertising, SEO/SEM, analytics, social and marketing automation to deliver lead acquisition and conversion optimization
• Produce engaging content, graphics and video, while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and social media
• MUST have experience using Pardot and CRM Salesforce with analytical and strategic mindset

DUTIES:
• Support planning and execute digital marketing strategy for multiple product lines
• Develop and execute digital marketing programs to acquire new customers, engage and grow existing customers
• Create engaging online content including landing pages, infographics, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns
• Update digital marketing programs using marketing automation
• Coordinate content for digital platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
• Manage online advertising across online channels Use analytics to constantly optimize engagement and spend budget
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
• Work with vendors, manage budget and vendor relationships
• Work closely with corporate Marketing and Sales teams to understand and support their goals through aligned sales/marketing programs
• Liaison with the sales team managing and leading all meetings for events and campaigns to ensure clear communication
• Work closely with sales managers to follow up on projects so that marketing can show ROI for pipeline
• Build rapport with Lead Generation team for mutually successful input to sales and CRM updates
• Manage corporate landing pages, event sites and news and events pages
• Prepare status reports summarizing ROI focused approach on all marketing activities - analyses and reports on the performance of programs and campaigns and monitor lead generation
• Assist with tradeshow events, conferences and corporate meetings where needed
• Draft, write and edit internal and external communications, including quarterly newsletters, monthly press releases, and case studies

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing high-tech products agency, or energy oil & gas experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns with a marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Hubspot or Pardot
• Working knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
• Experience in digital marketing disciplines, including social media (especially LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook), SEO/SEM, organic and paid search, retargeting, direct marketing, event marketing and advertising
• Leverage excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Able to independently define, schedule and manage all tasks and prioritize workload effectively under tight deadlines (be a master multi-tasker).
• Advanced Proficiency MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• MUST have working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot with Sitecore as well as some knowledge of HTML code,Hootsuite, Exhibitforce, SharePoint and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
