RATE: $25-27/hour DOE

• Develop strategic marcom plans that solve the needs of their particular business and audience
• Analyze results of social media marketing campaigns, key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Build and optimize advertising campaigns on multiple digital marketing platforms, including DSP’s, search engines, and social networks
• Execute cross-platform media plans meeting a variety of client needs, including branding, eCommerce, and direct response
• Recommend new digital strategy and tactics to continuously refine and strengthen efforts going forward
• Draft, write and edit communications geared to enhance digital media strategy plan
• Facilitate communications with multiple business units interacting with all levels of the organization and external audiences

• Participate in high- level concepting and tactical program ideation for a broad range of thought leadership, social content and promotions
• Create templates to review digital analysis and ROI through monthly analytics reports
• Leverage social and digital media platforms to amplify content, broadening reach and engagement to position company as the industry’s most trusted professional services provider
• Disseminate social data and content metrics to identify new growth opportunities and increasing engagement rates for content
• Create compelling content managing creative brain storming session and content creation initiatives
• Maintain brand awareness and online reputation management programs
• Review SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
• Oversee digital team to ensure all content aligns with company and client goals
• Work with Creative teams to develop, write, edit and publish social and web content (images, video and blogs) to reach the company’s and client’s target customers. This includes content for organic and paid social campaigns
• Work with Customer Experience team to manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
• Manage online data collection and conversion tracking
• Assist with Q/A website testing and website maintenance, coordinating with developers as needed
• Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy

• Must possess 3-5+ years of marketing experience developing and managing content generation, SEO and social media
• This individual should be a strong writer, strategic thinker, and tactical executor, with the ability to work independently and in a high-performance team environment
• Experience in a variety of communications disciplines and business-to-business environment is required
• Extensive knowledge of social media/SEO/organic search best practices, deliverability improvement, reputation management, CAN-SPAM compliance and industry standard KPIs
• Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Working background with “Adobe Experience Manager” AEM knowledge is a big plus

Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science in Marketing, Communications or related degree
