SALARY: $80,000- 90,000 (DOE)

• Manage all phases of corporate SEM e-commerce campaigns
• Implement PPC program and managing paid media initiatives for corporate B2C company
• Maximize paid media strategy results and produce winning campaigns for large brands’ e-commerce programs
• Spearhead large scale keyword campaigns, converting searchers into buyers and helping product lines understand the value of paid online marketing

• Develop PPC Paid Media strategies, managing paid search, affiliate, display, paid social, and CSE campaigns, and management of project deliverables
• Create online marketing plans for large scale and high profile product launch business programs
• Leverage PPC expertise in the online marketing industry to product lines enhance and grow their campaign development initiatives

• Managing paid media campaigns, including keyword generation, ad copy writing, budget management, tracking, reporting and analyzing
• Optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve desired goals for traffic, conversions and profitability
• Present regular performance reports to product line managers and executive level presentations
• Mentor, guide internal and digital team in paid media strategies and best practices
• Perform website analysis, project testing, consultation and additional services
• Stay abreast of latest trends in the industry with constant research in the Online Marketing community; recommending and implementing strategies accordingly
• Work with a team of junior to senior analysts, providing growth opportunities, reviews and feedback, and helping to set priorities for efficient time management

• 5 years managing online paid marketing campaigns in a fast paced agency or corporate environment
• Current SEM certifications such as Google AdWords Partner
• Experience with Demandware or other E-commerce platform(s)
• 2 years working with a digital team of web, online marketing and creative specialists
• Ability to communicate the benefits of Paid Media to internal teams and clients
• Ability to measure and report on the success of online marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage campaigns within a given budget for marketing spend
• Ability to audit and identify strategies to improve under-performing campaigns
• Experience managing SEM or paid search campaigns across Google & Bing
• Experience working in a retail/e-commerce environment
• Ability to work with national team to unify process and present consistent best practices
• Capable of facilitating two way communication and building consensus
• Experience managing online marketing process
• Demonstrated knowledge of search industry best practices

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
