RATE: $38-40/hour DOE

SUMMARY:
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and initiatives enhancing overall digital presence, brand messaging, business development goals
• Streamline strategic development, execution and continuous optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and brand awareness
• Create digital content leveraging the forefront of every digital trend and keep corporate objective ahead of the curve and competitive
• Implement SEO, SEM/PPC, display and website management and think of creative ways to influence and source leads to the sales pipeline
• Compile digital analysis and market research data to provide insights for conversion rate optimization

DUTIES:
• Ensure a consistent and conversion-driven digital experience, including corporate website, digital paid and earned media investments
• Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies and a cross-functional global team to ensure digital projects are delivered on time and with high efficiency
• Work with the digital agencies to implement and optimize organic and paid campaigns in support of lead generation and brand awareness
• Manage campaign platforms include Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and display networks
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive SEO “Search Engine Optimization”, including onsite and offsite strategies
• Analyze current status of digital channels and help create, implement and manage a conversion rate optimization plan
• Ensure that digital processes are well documented, enabling knowledge sharing across teams
• Prepare status reports on key projects ensuring timelines on project status for digital initiatives
• Lead meeting presentations with stakeholders, including following through on action items to closure
• Proactive participation with digital marketing leadership, providing feedback and recommending solutions to complex business problems
• Maintain current on market research data and analytics implementations to ensure data quality

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with an agency or corporate company
• Solid understanding of Paid Search and SEO trends and best practices
• Experience managing corporate websites with the primary goal of lead generation
• Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Experience in CRM data tracking tools to make data-driven recommendations.
• Expert use of oral, written, and presentation skills with high attention to detail
• Experience working for a B2B SaaS company
• Experience in “Account Based Marketing”, and business development management
• Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certifications preferred
• Agile experience and/or Certification a big plus

EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
