RATE: $30/hour DOE

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
• Support all aspects of marketing automation, email marketing campaigns, database maintenance and manipulation, reporting and analysis and improving lead generation processes through our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo)
• Leverage CRM and Marketo to provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness
• Drive design, development, and maintenance of lead scoring and email programs
• Work closely with the design and content teams to build and optimize effective emails, landing pages, forms and campaigns within Marketo, including templates for use by others within the Marketing team and sales
• Work interdepartmentally with Marketing Services, Creative Services, Customer Experience and various Business Units to generate content for email campaigns
• Coordinate content for email marketing campaigns, creating templates, and building email modules, email testing initatives
• Report metrics and provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting of email KPIs, campaign summaries
• Summarize analyses of A/B test cases to drive ongoing improvement and optimization
• Provide CRM insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases
• Enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation
• Execute end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive automated workflows and pulling targeted lists
• Handle requests for special reports, data, and sales tracking information


REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST possess 3-5+ years of marketing experience, and email marketing best practices, deliverability improvement, reputation management
• 4 years of experience with marketing automation tools in Marketo and CRM Salesforce
• Solid experience leading data-driven email programs, growing email databases and customer retention for a sizable brand
• Ability to think at the tactical and strategic levels with the quantitative expertise to form a deep understanding of what drives performance and why
• Advanced knowledge of Excel generating reports with CRM marketing campaign analytics programs, CAN-SPAM compliance and industry standard KPIs
• Experience with deliverability tools/solutions strongly preferred
• Experience with A/B testing including test design, list splits, deployment and results

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or related degree
