RATE: $35/hour DOE


• Business Data Analyst is responsible for compiling sales team commission analysis, and sales data management
• Manage sales incentive programs, and compile sales data of team commissionable sales
• Work with sales management team to disseminate sales data managing commissions from the creation of the programs through execution
• Coordinate marketing programs to include cash sales bonuses, monthly/weekly performance-based contests and monthly/quarterly/annual recognition events
• Partner with multiple product managers and business lines to create incentive programs to best drive the desired metrics to achieve annual goals.

• Support the sales marketing organizations with the creation, implementation and execution of all incentive programs
• Perform commission calculations and prepare payroll reporting for both internal and external agents, as well as accrual and amortization data
• Communicate incentive programs including the announcement of programs and send updates for any changes throughout the year
• Create monthly imputed income report of non- cash bonus incentives earned for distribution to all required payroll departments (internal and contractor)
• Audit process map, SOX control documentation, and plan structure for each commission plan on a scheduled basis (monthly/quarterly/annually)
• Monitor compliance and facilitate the Commission software tools and SOX control process
• Monitor the Incentives team mailbox and respond to questions or concerns in a timely manner
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with pivot tables, graphs, and documentation on process improvements and process performance

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or process improvement
• Must have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel in order to utilize calculation models
• Strong Excel, analytical, and leverage data modeling, model building experience
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, pivot tables, graphs, and charts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Technology or related field
