TITLE: Content Specialist- CMS Coordinator

CLIENT: National Commercial Real Estate Title Company


TYPE: Permanent

RATE: $55,000 -$60,000/year, plus benefits

• Manage Content Management System CMS updating tool for digital marketing initiatives
• Support technical meta data identifiers and online database management
• Organize library archival facilitating confidential information
• Edit, draft and write internal communication updates for multiple business line
• Review proofreading efforts ensuring content is consistent with the company's tone and style
• Draft status reports and update online histories, web pages, microsites, as well as industry articles, product summaries, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and newsletters
• Work with digital marketing team creating and copy for marketing communications collateral

• Maintain CMS tool and content within proprietary production software system
• Support corporate offices located through-out US updating confidential contracts with production software
• Maintain content current and provide internal communications support process and procedures
• Develop communications templates to summarize best practices for process procedures
• Coordinate content for marketing communication collateral and information spec sheet
• Facilitate organization efforts to manage content archival that include confidential data
• Amending, revising or redeveloping content in response to feedback from management or internal clients
• Proofread communications to ensure copy clear, check spelling, and grammar
• Work on multiple projects, and tight deadlines
• Liaison with internal clients working with multiple department and corporate management
• Work closely with in-house staff to develop the messaging and assets required to execute national and regional campaigns

• MUST HAVE 3+ years' experience MINIMUM in CMS content management for Commercial Real Estate firms and Title Companies
• MUST HAVE – writing online portfolio with applicable samples
• MUST HAVE experience communications experience working with online database management
• Experience managing communications projects (primarily print collateral pieces like brochures, web/online, client events, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience Real Estate software programs a big PLUS
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and other related desktop publishing applications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
