• Support corporate risk team is responsible for managing overall risk management framework, practices and processes
• Facilitate business operations management of counterparty and credit risks and trade finance matters
• Maintain counterparty compliance screening processes as well as credit risk management duties
• Gain a holistic view of counterparty risk management practices within a corporate management level
• Coordinate implementation of business operations practices and build new competence in credit, compliance and trade finance matters
• Manage internal communication updates; an essential part of the role is daily cooperation with various teams within the global organization

• Act as a superuser of counterparty compliance screening tool and support users in counterparty onboarding process
• Contribute in the establishment of internal standards and instructions related to the counterparty compliance tool and counterparty screening process
• Manage credit risk through systematic customer risk assessment and timely credit decisions (incl. credit line, guarantees)
• Liaise with business stakeholders in order to build a forward looking credit risk view
• Process L/Cs
• Develop and deliver internal training together with the key stakeholders
• Conduct further analysis of counterparties with increased risk level and manage alerts generated by the compliance screening tool

• 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience from 3rd party compliance and energy corporate company
• 2 years preferred experience in credit risk management and trade finance is considered a big plus
• Advanced proficiency with online business management tools generating reports in Excel with pivot tables, graphs, and charts
• Strong analytical and IT skills includes Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, MS project software tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, cooperate and interact comfortably in an international environment (different cultures, values and time zones)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus
• Attention to details

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required (eg. Economics, Finance, Law)
