TYPE: Contract (Hybrid role)


• Plan and execute the delivery of engaging employee communications in support of our company’s transformation efforts
• Work in partnership with C-suite Executives, Corporate Communications and Human Resources team to craft communications strategy
• Develop and execute a workforce engagement strategy designed to achieve high organization performance

• Create and implement highly effective communications and change management plans to minimize employee resistance, accelerate adoption and maximize employee engagement
• Build relationships across various regions, teams and levels within the organization
• Perform impact and stakeholder analyses to ensure effective communication planning and execution
• Develop and distribute communications through the most effective company channels.
• Develop engaging employee communications in a variety of formats

• 8+ years of Communications strategy planning and executing engagement and familiar change management and culture change communications
• 10+ years’ experience leading the delivery of employee engagement and communications, or similar experience
• Demonstrated track record or achievement in internal or external communications
• 4+ years of experience working with C-suite executives
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and desire to learn the business and associated organization development needs
• Strong writing and communications skills
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, communications, public relations, journalism, (or related field); advanced degree in communications is a plus
