SUMMARY:
• Engineering Firm is seeking a CMS Content Management Systems Specialist to manage corporate website, and support Digital Marketing team
• Work with team of Digital Analysts to transform our global web properties into high-performing demand generation engines that support our brand while driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth
• Coordinate digital marketing campaign implementation and be responsible for many aspects of the organization’s website
• Manage a range of responsibilities that include creating, modifying, and managing website content, routine site maintenance, testing, and various updates
• Ensure sites, and digital marketing initiatives align with the goals and objectives of the company
• Possess a natural tendency toward analytical thinking combined with strong client-facing consultative communication and presentation skills
• Must be naturally curious about technology, businesses, the web, analytics, and have demonstrated experience working with web, including any technical or related problem-solving
• Leverage outstanding communication skills with flexibility and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
DUTIES:
• Conducts a variety of work within corporate web Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Partner with teams across the company to understand website improvement opportunities; define priorities, and set implementation plans
• Work with Global Marketing teams to provide digital experiences tailored to their campaigns and geographic markets
• Work with Digital Team to create and execute an SEO roadmap to ensure optimal search engine rankings across multiple product lines
• Create compelling content & technical plans with team to accelerate organic traffic while improving web vitals, bounce rate, keyword ranking, etc.
• Manage and interpret website analytics to report on the performance of overall website health and success of specific initiatives
• Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed and share best practices on community calls, resource sites, and other forums
• Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately
REQUIREMENTS:
• Familiarity working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
• Experience working with enterprise-class Content Management Systems (Sitecore and WordPress preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of website management, analytics, and SEO best practices and standards
• Ability to generate creative ideas Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and project Management software tools
• Comfortable working with cross-functional groups, including Marketing Ops and other technical development teams
EDUCATION:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or related field
