TITLE: Application Analyst

CLIENT: Energy Company

LOCATION: Houston, Texas

TYPE: Contract On-site

RATE: $60/hour (W-2)

SUMMARY:
• The CRM/Marketing Application Analyst –implements CRM Pricing with application support and is accountable for providing technical-based systems assistance to our Marketing and Pricing organization.
• Primary responsibility is to ensure excellent customer service through the application of customer support skills, business integration, and digital optimization management.
• Must leverage technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate or resolve vendor software, as well as in-house developed pricing applications.
• Facilitate pricing application configurations, processes, interfaces, modeling, and streamline any add-on application issues.
• Additional key responsibilities to perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools.
• Identify, recommend, and improve procedures and policies, as well as aiding users in using and interpreting software tools and products.
• Support in achieving departmental goals and objectives ensuring compliance of all security measures in application development processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Versed in the following Technologies: SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
• Familiar with PROS Pricing Solution (Analytics Pricing Xcellence (APX/Pros)) application -SAP and SAP Fiori is a big plus
• AWS experience with cloud infrastructure knowledge is preferred
• Ability to understand end-to-end business processes, and procedures to provide the best support
• Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure to troubleshoot is very valuable

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology of related field required.
