The Sales Account Executive is a results driven, highly motivated company representative to actively seek out and engage client prospects; identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads. Your challenge is to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, bring in new target accounts and exceed company goals.

• Present, promote and sell corporate apartments using sales strategy to prospective clients
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their needs while increasing Company revenue potential
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Reach out to client leads through cold calling
• Problem solving skills to maximize sales and client satisfaction
• Provide overall account management to existing and new clients
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
• Attend industry networking events to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
• Understand reporting and sales opportunities using technology-based solutions such as Salesforce and Oscar
• Prepare business reviews and value-added presentations to deliver to clients
• Educate clients on corporate housing business solutions for their company’s relocation, projects and travel needs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation and active-listening skills
• Meet personal and team sales goals
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the corporate housing industry
• Participate in rotating on-call duties

• 3-5 year's previous experience in outside sales with proven track record
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce CRM, and updated professional LinkedIn profile is required
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Bachelors in Business or related field preferred, nut not required
