How did you get into staffing?
Genuine curiosity - what happens on the other side of the fence? I started as a candidate interviewing for an energy client for Clearpoint through Sabra and James back in 2011. Quickly realizing there is no boutique staffing company quite like Clearpoint, I took an opportunity to work in the back office. This gave me the invaluable experience firsthand of the full staffing life cycle. Equipped with the strongest foundation and best mentorship for IT Recruiting and IT Account Management, I am proud to call myself a part of the Clearpoint family to this day.
What is the advice you give anyone looking for work?
People want to work with people they like, plain and simple. Be genuine, be yourself while first impressions do matter. “Our own output of energy can energize other people or deflate them, contribute to productivity or add to the confusion. What do you love about Clearpoint?
This is a company with a true heart to community, family, and God. There’s something special about this place where we come together during hard and trying times, and celebrate in big ways for all the things Clearpoint has achieved since 1999.
If you could be an animal, which type of animal would you be?
I would have to go with the Turritopsis Dohrnii also known as the immortal jelly fish. They are a biologically immortal species if they aren’t eaten! When these little squishes can endlessly regenerate their cells back to as when they were born. Plus it only takes 3 days to become an adult again - how cool is that?!
