The best candidate will have experience managing or supervising a team of engineers. Able to manage a small engineering staff and support the President in all technical related company issues. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- 10-15 years of senior engineering supervisor or management experience.- MUST have a minimum of 2 years of Solidworks experience or demonstrate through other equivalent 3-D software experience Pro E, Solid Edge, Inventory- Must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment. - Worked in environments that have any of the following: CNC machining, CNC laser processing, automated and manual welding, sophisticated assembly, and other complex engineered products.REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- This job is a split of managerial experience and hands on.- Manage two engineers and one IT application developer for the engineering software.
