What is the advice you give anyone looking for work?
Your LinkedIn profile must be a priority. It is an online, living, breathing “resume” version of you. Ensure you have a professional-looking headshot. Make sure your work history dates are listed correctly. If you would like a recruiter to call you, please have your current contact information listed. Most importantly, your LinkedIn connections count, so try to connect with all of your professional colleagues.
What is your proudest achievement?
Being a volunteer for Rodeo Houston. For the past 7 years, I have served as a Rodeo Houston wine judge for their international wine competition called Rodeo Uncorked. The mission of Rodeo Houston is very important to me - to help and support students in Texas by providing them with educational grants and scholarships.
Do you have a special talent?
I like to think I’m a green thumb. I enjoy gardening and love planting butterfly gardens.
